To Do sync from desktop version

    I created a new issue (to do) with the desktop version. After the sync all the information (created by, asigned to, due to, etc.) is visibel, but not the view (= link to the model).

     

    How can I ensure that my added views (attachments) are synchronised/added from my desktop version to the web version / trimble plattform? Can I add more views in the deskop version and synchronise them afterwards?

    Hello Karl,

     

    Thanks for asking question on Trimble Connect Community forum. You can see the added views and attachments in the right-side panel by using the scrollbar located in the right-side panel. (please see attached screen) 

     

    Based on the image attached with above post, it is difficult understand which browser you are using for checking this View. Please use Chrome or IE (v10 and v11) or Firefox latest version.

     

    In case if this doesn't help or scrollbar doesn't appear on the Details panel, please send an email to connect-support@trimble.com

    I have the exact same problem and I cannot export these notes to BCF.
    Have you found a solution?

    I have the same problem inside sketchup with the collaboration manager.
