when i upgrade 10.1ver mobile app。i got a problem
i just stoppedthe step after i sign in。my phone is stop in the Trimble Connect banner
i have try 10.0ver and 9.1ver it does not work either
i wonder a solutian

Can you please send the device, OS version details to our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com) for us to investigate.
While trying with 10.1 and 10 versions, I couldn't find this issue. Looks like this needs more analysis.
