What happened to views in TC Desktop?

    I have been working on a big collaboration-project for a while in TC Desktop. I have had lots of views and models. But today, to be able to access from my phone i chose to upload it to the cloud. That worked but now i can't access the views in the Desktop version? What has happened? How can i solve it? "The wheel" just keeps buffering. I can still se the views in the online version. I have put a lot of work into the views so I really want to restore them.

    Hi Magnus,

     

    To get clearer picture, did you have that project as offline project for long time before you decided to publish it?

    And after publishing it, Web version shows all views? And todos? And models/files?

     

    Its possible that you need to just wait for that syncing to end. But, it's also possible that when you published it, something went wrong. If you can first verify that you see all data in Web version ok, then you could delete the local project in Desktop. Note, delete just the local project! After deleting it, close Desktop and open it again and open the project. Now please wait in the data tab until the sync symbol stops. This should get your views back.

     

    If you have doubts on deleting the project locally, you could invite tc_developer@trimble.com to this project. I could then first see if the project loads ok in my Desktop. In this case, please share some of the views also for me.
