I'm stuck at the starting page

    So, i can't open any of my files because i'm stuck at this page.

    It never loads up.

    I'm using the Opera GX browser, and i also tried the Opera, and it's stuck there as well.

    On the other hand, when i use the Internet Explorer i'm able to use the software. 

    Can someone help me? I want to use the Opera browser.
