To-Do notes do not sync up with the online version with “attachments” and live link to 3D Model attached

When adding a To-Do with an attachment in the desktop version, it doesn't sync up properly with the online version to bring the attachment through. The To-Do seems to come through but not the attachment. Is this normal? See 'ToDo.jpg'

Also when you edit the model in the desktop version, is it supposed to show the updated model in the online version? For example if I add dimensions and text to the desktop version, should it come through to the online version? See 'updated model.jpg'

I posted this issue to Trimble UK on 9th May. I was told they were aware of the issue and were working on it. Almost 3 months later and still no update so @Fern Udomrasami, I hope you can get an answer to this quicker.

Hello Paul,

The Markup features are currently available on web and desktop application but still not available on mobile app. Our development team are still working on having this feature available across all platform. I will pass this feedback to the product team and will keep you updated once it is available on production.
