Hello
I registered a couple of new users on Trimble Connect for our assembly crew, who are now using tablets onsite.
However, after creating the account and going through the confirmation e-mail, it is impossible to log in.
In the browser version, it just loads indefinitely after clicking 'log in'
In the desktop version, I get a warning 'Connection to Trimble connect server not available currently'
In the mobile version, it just gives a red warning 'loading failed!' and then it goes back to the log-in screen.
Yesterday I thought I would wait because there could be a delay after creating the accounts,but now 22 hours have passed and the issue remains.
in the meanwhile, my regular account works perfectly on all 3 platforms.
