I'm using Android on a Pixel 3a and am not able to fully load the Trimble Connect app. I'm using the v2.1 app that was updated on January 23, 2020. On loading the app, after allowing app permissions, signing agreement, and entering login credentials, the app freezes. How do I advance past this point? I had the same response from the prior app version.
