    Hi Patrick

     

    ToDo notifications are configured in the Project SETTINGS page and will be sent to the users assigned to that project.
    You can have users notified on the ToDo action (Instant) or based on a daily digest time (Digest)
    If you are receiving duplicates for a single action, first check whether you have both an Instant and Digest notification set for the same action and disable one.
