Hi:

I`m new on this, im starting with the Trimble Access Emulator but it shows me this error anytime and it doesn`t work well as it supposed  to do.

Or How Can I update the version 4.93 in the Emulator, replace the folder o something.(See the image)

I really need the correctly operation emulator but it still shows me the error

Hi Melissa,

this magic 4.93 firmware version is not related to Trimble Access or the Emulator but to the firmware running inside the R10.

So I'm not sure if you are connected to a physical receiver or if you use the GNSS emulator (which would look the same - R10 and radio link).

If its a physical receiver you need to upgrade the firmware or disable RTX in the survey style.

Firmware version 4.93 is quite old. So if you connect your R10 to Trimble Installation Manager it guides you through the update process. 

If you are using the GNSS emulator (which is essentially a recording of a GNSS survey) you need to disable RTX in your survey style.

So the quick fix would be to edit your Rover correction settings in the survey style - and disable RTX tracking. Then this message should go away.
