I imported a bcf which works on BIM Collab and other platforms however the snapshots are not show after the import.

The snapshots are not by name snapshot.png !!

The strange thing is that i received bcf files created with telka and these are not following the bcf standard 2.1

Fields that are mandatory are not present in the topics (CreationAuthor and CreationDate)

extract from xsd.

How can i test why trimble connect is not working with the bcf files?

Is trimble connect correctly following the xsd from bcf v 2.1 ?

Hi Eddy,

Thanks for your question. A common reason for the BCF snapshot / viewpoint not showing in the Connect for Browser application is that the model file, from which the BCF issue was created from, is not uploaded to the Connect project. If exactly the same model is in the Connect project, then Connect can open the 3D Viewer and show the snapshot / viewpoint in the issue. 

Regarding your second question: The Connect BCF export/import feature follows the BCF 2.0 specification.

It is the same with me. I do a BCF on BIM Collab Zoom, except on Trimble Connect and I can't access it. And I am working with the same IFC. Trimble Connect made its updates and this interoperability using BCF was very bad.
