First of all, sorry for my English, I am a French customer.
I added a file (point cloud, .lgs format) to the platform via the desktop version. The file loaded well on Trimble Connect but I can't "load the file on server".
As a result, the file only appears on the Trimble Connect Desktop in my account and nowhere else (not on the web version, even with my credentials, and not on both versions (web and desktop) for my colleagues).
Can you help me?
