I get an authentication error when I try to log into Sketchup

  • 1.  I get an authentication error when I try to log into Sketchup

    Whenever i try to log into Trimble to use the Sketchup web-based app, I get an error message that says

     

    "Something went wrong during the authentication process.
    Reference ID:
    4110ddda-4aef-4b2f-bd58-5b1628ff18b8 "

     

    No clue as to why this is happening or how to fix it.

    Anyone have any idea?
