I am a new user to Sketchup Free. Yesterday I created a sketch but today I've logged in and cannot view my sketch. I see several revisions. When selecting one of them I get a message "File is still being processed ..." but after some time nothing happens. When selecting all of my other revisions I get the message "This file is not enabled for viewer based on the project configuration. To Enable viewing capability please contact connect-support@trimble.com." All of my sketch revisions show a size of about 250K and so I suspect they do exist. How do I access these sketches?
