We haven't seen this issue recently. Could you please logout from the Browser application, clear cache fully from the Browser and sign in again and try to create a new project.
If you continue to see error after these steps, could you please share the Browser, Region and your userID details with our Support team (
connect-support@trimble.com), so that we can investigate.

When I try to create a new project, I get the message, "Internal error, please contact support" (see screenshot). When I try to save a new model in SketchUp, my projects never load - I see the loading circle rotating and nothing ever shows up (see second screenshot below).
