Wanting to upload file (.skp), but when I select said file, "open" is grayed out.  If I drag and drop it it is stuck at 0% uploaded.  Fix?

    Trying to upload a .skp file for SketchUp.  Tried both in SketchUp and on my Trimble Connect page.  If I browse for the file "Open"/"Upload" grays out.  If I drag and drop it on the Trimble page then it is stuck at 0% uploaded.  I have a good internet connection and the filename in question is simple "MediaSetup.skp".
