We're sorry to hear about your problem with the Connect for Windows 1.10 release. According to the feedback we've received so far, the crash issue you're experiencing seems to happen only on systems that are running the Windows 7 OS.
Microsoft has ended all technical support for Windows 7 on January 14, 2020 (link to Microsoft support article). According to the article, Windows 7 PCs may become vulnerable to security risks and they should be updated to Windows 10.
Unfortunately this means that we cannot guarantee that the Trimble Connect for Windows application continues to run on Windows 7 systems.
