TC Revit viewer Online

    Hello,

     

    We can’t open Revit files anymore on TC Web? Even after using the Revit plugin to export Revit files to Trimble connect?

    The “view window” just gives us an infinite loading (tried on Chrome and Mozilla).

    I use RVT 2018.3

    Is there something I am missing? Can you help me with this?

    Hi Olivier,

     

    Could you invite me to your project? (marko.myllymaa _at_ trimble.com)

     

    I could then investigate this more. We have had issues with viewing Revit models and while solving those, this should be handled also.
