Using two antennas on one account

  • 1.  Using two antennas on one account

    Hi,

Does anyone know if you can use two antennas/catalysts (the hardware) on one account? Looking to purchase multiple antennas for multiple jobs, is this possible?

    Thanks,

    Hi Bobby,

It is not permitted to share a single account on multiple devices for concurrent use. An option for shared access is to use the Catalyst On Demand (Hourly) service. With this model, multiple users (any number) can be added to an account and all share access to the same supply of Catalyst Hours. Each time a user signs in and uses the service, they are delivered a one hour license, and an hour is deducted from the pool balance. In this way, any number of users can all draw time from the same account. After the elapsed hour, the user has the option of stopping or extending the service for an additional hour (presuming there is still time available in the shared account). For more information check out Catalyst On Demand | Trimble Geospatial

The monthly payment service option is a pay-per-user model - each user is required to have their own license.

    Thanks,
    Trimble Catalyst Team
