GPS Provider Error in ArcGIS Field Maps with Trimble Mobile Manager

    Hi All,

    Has anyone else experienced the following issue?

    I am attempting to collect high-accuracy GNSS data within Field Maps using Trimble Mobile Manager & an R2 collector. 

    I have been using this same R2 collector paired w/an iPhone 7 running ArcGIS Collector for years, with great success. However, I am unable to get the new fangled Field Maps application to work with this setup.

    Independently, the Trimble Mobile Manager works fine on it's own, recognizing our local RTK network (along with SBAS), and providing the desired accuracy. I just can't seem to get Field Maps to recognize the data collector.

    Change provider from integrated to the Trimble R2 -

    What exactly am I missing here?

    I installed firmware version 5.48 on the R2, the data collector is an iPhone 7 (software version 15.4.1), and Field Maps & Mobile Manager are the most recent (22.2.0, and 2.9.5, respectively)

    Thoughts?

    Hi Jason,

    When you browse to the folder on the iOS device you need to select the 'Mobile Manager' folder instead of the Field Maps one. You may need to uninstall and reinstall either Field Maps or TMM in order to get the folder selection dialog up again.
