DA1 Antenna Firmware Update not Installing

    I'm having an issue getting my DA1 catalyst working within the Teraflex app. Whenever I try to connect the antenna in Teraflex, the connection seems to fail due to a missing firmware update (see screenshot).  I've tried to update using Trimble Mobile Manager but there is no prompt asking if I want to update the firmware, and I don't see any options in the app allowing me to manually update.

    Hi Jamil

    To run the FW upgrade you need to make sure the external power source is disconnected and use the Trimble Mobile Manager app (I think that screen grab is from Terraflex)
    So ensuring your device has a data connection (to download the update) observe the following steps:

    1. Close all your apps down 
    2. Disconnect the external power source
    3. Start Trimble Mobile Manager and connect the DA1 antenna cable to your device
    4. You should be prompted to update the firmware via the HOME screen
      DA1_Firmware_Update


    5. Run through the menu steps to initiate the firmware update (should take a minute or two) and that's it
