Hello,

Myself and several others now have to login multiple times now for any TID page. It doesn't matter whether it's for TerraFlex on connect, MTP, the community, virtual warehouse, etc. I am constantly having to login. It is super annoying and I don't believe it's a browser thing, as it's happen in Chrome and Edge. It's getting to be real annoyance and just received the first customer complaint on this. My login state used to maintain at least for several days and even up to a month in some cases. Are there any recommendations on getting it to work the way it has all along until recently?

Hi Zach,

I apologise for the delay responding to this post. Are you still seeing this issue? I'm not aware of any wider issues with TID. For myself I'm not seeing any change in behaviour, once logged in I can open multiple TID enabled 'sites' within the same browser session.
