Hello trimble community!
We are facing the following situation until where we understood... when we export models from structural software and MEP software, with low 3D geometry representation (not Brep, but parametric), this lines are shown together with the ifc elements (see the imagens below) - It happens identicaly in browser, windows app and mobile app.
No Brep geometry representation is preferred in some cases because of the lower size of the file or in some design stages where we use low LODevelopment.
Also, we don't face this with the same file in others IFC viewers like BIMCollab, testing the same file.
Anyone has already faced the same issue? How we solve this? It really mess with the visualization and will help us optimazing the collaboration process in design.
