  • Update to Trimble Terra Office v2025.30 posted

    Hi All...

    Since releasing Terra Office 2025.30 a couple weeks ago, we internally found a couple bugs that have now been fixed (see list below). The installers available from trimble.com have been updated so affected customers should download and install the new version.

    Issues addressed in 2025.30.1862 (f3e3ba19):

    Terra Office add-in for ArcGIS Pro

    • Newly published templates set to "log position manually" instead of the previous "log position automatically" (workaround = fix & re-publish in Map Viewer)
    • Newly published templates for projects with real-time corrections do not use appropriate default position/vertex logging value - will use 10 instead of 1 (workaround = fix & re-publish in Map Viewer)
    • Real time correction settings that require in-field authentication and are saved to a Local project (.tfin) cause problems in TerraFlex

    Terra Office app

    • Real time correction settings that require in-field authentication and are saved to a Local project template (.tfproj) cause problems in TerraFlex
    • Project fails to export if form data references a field that has been archived in the latest version of the template

    For reference, the full version & build string for the original 2025.30 downloads of the two apps were 2025.30.1819 (4ae60581).

  • On the Air Updates (OTA) Temporarily Disabled

    Update - 20:38 UTC

    The On the Air updates for Earthworks devices resuming normal operations at this time. It is enabled for upgrades to v2.22.1

    We have temporarily disabled On the Air updates for Earthworks devices due to some firmware issues.

    We will provide an update once the issue is resolved.

  • IBSS - Service Disruption

    The IBSS service resuming normal operations at this time.

    Incident - 18:05 UTC

    We are observing an issue in IBSS V2 that is causing intermittent disconnections for clients and bases. Our team is actively investigating the matter.
