WorksManager

Our worksmanager is not responding, I click on project it won't open most of the time.  When it does open it won't show any designs.  When it does show designs it won't let me download them.  Publishing from TBC to worksmanager is not working, the process timesout before it publishes.

For about a month now syncing field devices has taken 4 times longer than it used to, there is clearly something breaking on the backend of worksmanager.  Our companys operations are heavily dependent on this working.  We need answers NOW!!

Same type of issue here. Can't publish designs from TBC (permission error). BIG problem!

We are having a similar issue.  Unable to upload design files to the project.

I have also observed the excessively long works manager sync times recently.  There have been a few instances it has taken up to 15 to sync a small amount of data.

I've been having the same issue, problems publishing designs and downloading work orders.  I've tried google chrome, edge and firefox.  Nothing is working today.

Exact same problem here, still this morning 5/12/26.  Multiple customers stating sync taking forever, or failing.  New Data Collectors are dying mid sync because of time dependent transformations taking forever.  Designs are not publishing at all, WorksManger top end web ui is not showing anything.  IBSS base connections are failing..... basically a train wreck.
