At the bottom of the
Geo7x product page you will find all the help documentation, support notes and downloads associated with this hardware.
After charging I would recommend you check the device to see which software you have installed. It's likely Terrasync but it could be ArcPAD/Terraflex
It's likely you may need to update the
Geo 7X Operating System to v.6.7.18. This also updates the GNSS
firmware to version 4.50.3. The RELEASE NOTES provide installation instructions but I would recommend contacting your local Trimble reseller for help with this. They will have a dedicated support team
