Hi Mark,
Sorry about the inconvenience. There is sometimes delay in the license details getting updated. Could you please click on "Check for updated license" from the user profile on top right of the Connect for Browser (screenshot below) and try to invite users to the existing project , create new project (against your purchased license) .

It should work after this check. However, if you continue to face the same issue, could you please contact our Support (connect-support@trimble.com) so that we can investigate.
