Hi, We have just started using Connect. We have purchased a licence. I set up a project and added 8 users at the time of setting up the project. I then tried to add additional team members to the project and it would not allow it. In addition I have noticed I cannot add another project.
Sorry about the inconvenience. There is sometimes delay in the license details getting updated. Could you please click on "Check for updated license" from the user profile on top right of the Connect for Browser (screenshot below) and try to invite users to the existing project , create new project (against your purchased license) .
It should work after this check. However, if you continue to face the same issue, could you please contact our Support (firstname.lastname@example.org) so that we can investigate.
