Trimble Connect User Forum

I have been able to sync DXF files and CSV files between TBC 5.7 and Trimble Access 2022, BUT, the captured image file and associated world file doesn't sync from TBC to the TSC5 and I cannot figure out how to make that happen. When I email both the JPG and JGW to myself, I can display the image in Trimble Access. How do we make sure snapshots stored in the TBC project folder get sync'd to the TSC5? Thank you.

Hello Jesse,

Trimble Access 2022  should be able to see and download any file, including a jpg and jgw from a Connect cloud project.
I am aware of two things that could alter this behavior. File and folder permissions set in the cloud and using something other than Trimble Access or Trimble Sync Manager to upload to the cloud /Configuration folder. The TBC send to Sync does not support transfer of image files jpg and jgw. Is this the issue you are stating or are you using a different path when syncing the files from TBC to the cloud?

How are we supposed to include those files?

Hi Jesse,

If you upload the georeferenced image pair into a Connect cloud project then Trimble Access will be able to download them. 

You can upload using Connect Web, Connect Sync or Trimble Sync Manager. I have been unable to confirm if this can be done from TBC.
