All Trimble Connect Synch schedules lost

I had dozens and dozens of projects set up in Trimble Connect Synch to update files automatically. On January 10th, I somehow lost all of the schedules. So projects stopped being synched and I get tons of emails about things not updating. So I open Trimble Connect Synch and indeed everything is lost, only the default setting left in all projects. So had to build them all up as best as I could remember, I had used the ability to save a project synch schedules in handful of projects, but 95% not.  Support does not know how this could have happened.

Has this happened to any of you? Did you find out where are the synch settings stored? Windows Registry? Would like to build some backup system now that I know how much pain losing the settings causes.

Yes I also suggested that they build a new synch settings saving system for all your projects, not just one project.

Les parametres de trimble sync sont stockés dans un .json sous C:/users/XXX/Trimble Connect Sync/mail/

We too have had the configurations disappear on occasion. It is rare and hasn't happened in a long time, but I agree with backing it up. We use a batch file as follows:

    copy \\10.1.4.61\c$\Users\field\AppData\Local\Trimble\Trimble Sync Manager\Connect\8c1e6572-5114-4164-92e9-17b182bfd727\Configuration.json m:\-\trimble\TSM-Config.json

    copy \\10.1.4.61\c$\Users\field\Trimble Connect Sync\jcrisp@hunsaker.com\config.json m:\-\trimble\TCS-Config.json

Note that the \\10.1.4.61\c$ is the same as the C drive on the computer hosting Sync Manager and Connect Sync. This way we can run it from another workstation on the network.

    "Field" is the username.

Be aware that you need to completely kill Sync Manager and Connect Sync using Task Manager before restoring these config files back to the C drive. If the programs are still running in the background, even though you close them on the screen, the copying of the .json files will have no effect.

Trimble support came through and found the cause. "The team was able to determine from the sync logs that the config file got corrupted due to the C drive becoming full". The breakdown could yes have happened when someone in an ACC project I am part of dumped a lot of stuff in there and my Autodesk Connector imported it all in and I was running out of space on C...did not  see the connection but yes this makes sense it was at least the same week so must be it. And thanks to this forum I also have a batch file on scheduled runs creating the backups too.
