Hi,
I recently started using Trimble Connect MR on Hololens and wanted to allign a building model to the actual building. For this, I checked a Youtube manual from 3 years ago, which explains the allignment with multiple markers.
But unfortunately, the current version of Trimble connect does not offer the option of "compare" when one marker is scanned and it only alligns the model with the latest marker scanned. Also, in one of the more latest video, its recommended to have a network of markers throughout the building at a distance of 10 to 15 metres and scan the markers as we move through the building to have a better allignment reasoning it to be a limitation.
Is there a way to allign a model completely using one or more markers at once to avoid scanning markers repeatedly throughout the building?
