Hi Steve, thanks for getting back to me on this, been away on leave hence the slow reply, TSC5 is on the desk next to laptop, is switched on and unlocked tried it with Siteworks open or just at the OS screen, it doesn't change the status, it might not be clear on the previous picture but whilst the icon is green on the main screen, if you click and open the pop up it's not available and green to select, I've attached another picture might show it better.

What exactly is happening in the popup screen you get from WorksManager on the PC? The green icons do indicate that things seem to have been setup correctly...
Is the TSC5 device screen unlocked and showing the OS or Siteworks (or some other apps) screen? This remote assist generally needs the device screen to be unlocked and not on it's black lockout screen to work, as there is no way to remotely unlock the device. So if you have the device in hand, or are on the phone with the user out in the field, have them make sure the device is awake and the screen is unlocked.

Hello, I've attached screenshot of issue I'm having with the new feature to remote login and control TSC5 via WM. I'm happy from running through the support setup document that everything has been completed correctly, and on first look in WM all is as it should be green icon showing remote is active. On clicking opening up righthand pane though it remains un-available, still Active but green icon not available to click on. Can someone help please?
