I have tried to move old WO in the TCC site.  I went back and just checked in the TCC site and the WO went back to the WO folder.  Can we not move folders in TCC?  I am wanting to get the controller WO list down to a short list.   appreciate any help.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

• When a Work Order (WO) folder is moved in TCC and the device is then synced, the folder may appear back on the device if the checkbox in the Siteworks interface is left unchecked.

• To ensure the folder is fully removed and does not sync back, please make sure to uncheck and confirm removal during the sync process.

• Please note: if the WO is unchecked, it means a local copy of that work order will not be available on the device. This is important in case you are attempting to archive the WO.

• If these steps are followed, there is a possibility that the files cannot be recovered later.

I also just noticed earlier this morning that there is an actual option to MOVE a folder.  I have been just doing a drag and drop.   Does this matter if I drag and drop vs the MOVE option?
