AT&T SIM card not working in TDC600v2

    Hi there.  We just recently got a new TDC600v2 and the AT&T SIM card isn't working.  The device recognizes the card, but no cellular service.  We have three TDC600v1 devices and the new SIM card works in those, and alternatively an old AT&T SIM card from those v1 does NOT work in the new v2...so it's the device, not the card.  Is there some setting on the TDC600v2 that I'm missing?

    Matt,

    Hi, did you add the Access Point Name for AT&T into the TDC600v2 APN settings?

    Settings/Network & Internet/Mobile Network/Advanced and then scroll down to the bottom of the page to reveal the "Access Point Name".

    Then Add "+" a new APN. Use the ATT access name that your provider gave to you.

    Otherwise by default, it wants to use the older "wap.cingular" setup.

    Then Save this new setup and Reboot the TDC600v2.

    Thanks Jay!  Our provider did not give us an access name, but looking at an ATT website it looks like we're using the correct one.  Either way, I'll look into more.  Thanks for the suggestion.
