Hi,
we are converting our workflow to use Trimble Connect more and more for our project management. Now we are writing rules / standards for marking issues inside of Trimble Connect. The decision to be made is to rather use ToDos or BCF Topics.
As the are no ongoing practices (only one team is using ToDos) we want to future-proof our workflows. As I understand BCF Topics are newer addition to Trimble Connect and are aiming to use industry standard workflows for issue management.
Things that worries me is that:
- When opening Desktop, there is no Topics dashboard, but there is only ToDos list.
- When browsing back from PDF in Web Viewer, there is no Topics shortcut, only Explorer, Views, ToDos, Release.
- There is no automatic 3D icon when creating Topic.
What is the roadmap for BFC Topics ? Will the functionality be enhanced ?
