I was looking for some help as my program recently started having black squares on my map when I print. I've zoomed in and out, tried some settings but cant seem to get it to load the background layer. I do need the background to show where we installed tile at in the fields.

Can you provide some more information on which Trimble application you are using and what platform you are on, as well as anything that has changed since you last successfully printed?
