BUG: BCF - detaching references also delete files in CDE

  • 1.  BUG: BCF - detaching references also delete files in CDE

    Hello community,

    not sure if I should call it a bug, but the possibility is very dangerous from user experience.

    Steps to replicate:

    1. go to bcf topic
    2. add a reference file from CDE 
    3. try to detach the reference
    4. reference is dismised from bcf but the file is deleted as well :)
