Hello guys,

this behavior of a web application is very annoying and I consider it as a bug.

It happens to me very often that I accidentaly choose a folder with "tick" selection, then I finally open the folder and get inside. In the inside I select a file I want to delete for example. In this case I expect to have only the file selected but the web application remembers the selection from the parent folder. It means I have now folder and a file selected and I am deleting both of these items.

Expected behavior

Previous selection should be cleared once you get inside a nested folder - I do not know an application that would keep the selection once enetering a folder.

Thanks for bringing that up. We will assess if an alternative can be provided. 

But in the file explorer, the selected items are shown on the right panel . So you can remove the unwanted items and then proceed with the next steps (delete being one of the actions) .
