Can the updated version of DA2 and catalyst collect rinex logs?

The does not log RINEX/raw data explicitly like the R-series for example or rather this is not 'enabled', but it is capable. 
Some applications like Trimble Terraflex are using the DA2 to log raw data for post processing as well as supporting real-time

That's interesting. Could the RINEX data be used to enable PPK correction in something like a Mavic 3E with an RTK module?

Or is it simpler just to collect the points as GCPs and then correct the images using the reference procedure in Agisoft?  I've been looking up some of these PPK processing procedures and it seems to require extra bits of kit and additional software processing to get to the final point.

Yes, the Catalyst DA2 can be used worldwide and deliver Catalyst 1 level accuracy through the Trimble RTX correction service in real-time

Even when logging data with TerraFlex for post-processing, the raw measurement files are not available.  The raw measurement data is synchronized to our cloud service which performs processing using our internal processing engine.  RINEX (or any other format) is not available as an output from TerraFlex.
