can't open or published a model from sketchup to Trimble

    Hello 
    I can't open or published a model from sketchup to Trimble connect.
    I disconnect my account, I reconnect it.
    I reboot my computer.... nothing Works
    Please help :)

    There is a known issue in the TC extensions that it doesn't load projects with the default helmet as thumbnail.
    these can be changed in the browser by going to the setting > project details

    Thanks for your answer
    they gave me the same solution in the sketchup Forum.
    And it's the right issue... I changed the thumbnail and all my project appears in the Trimble window.
    it's a weird solution but it's work :)
