Hello, I can't open my projects: the message I receive is the following: Problem downloading the file. It may have been deleted from Trimble Connect.

Could you please let us know in which application you are seeing this message.
I see this message in all browser (chrome, firefox, safari)Not for new projects, but for all old projects.
The screenshot seems to be from Sketchup web application.
You were mentioning about project in Trimble Connect. Could you please share few project names (and which region - Europe, North America or Asia) with our Support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) , so that our team can investigate.
