cant use a model that the admin left

    hi all

    wo work on a big project on trimble connect

    Many users have uploaded thousands of drawings and files. The admin (didn't know he was the admin) left the project, and from that moment none of the users can use the model. The manager wants to help but does not know how, I would appreciate your help.

    Hi,

    Suggest you send a request to connect-support@trimble.com. You will need to include the project info (region, name, and ID number), and a contact for the licensee company who is authorized to speak on the company's behalf.
