Changing EC520 on Machine

    All,

    I recently had a EC520 go bad and Sitech replaced it under warranty.  Of course the SN is different than the one that was used  in TCC/WM.  I went to TCC and edited the device SN and it pulled the files down to the machine that were on the cloud for that machine.  However, WM doesn't' want to update the SN and since it won't, I can not logged into the machine remotely.  The question is how do I get WM to recognize this new SN?

    Unfortunately, you'll have to reinitialize the handshake from the Earthworks to Works manager. The only way to do this is to delete the device in WM and recreate it. this will prompt WM to claim the device and initialize the handshake, the only problem is someone will have to reinitialize this connection in the machine Web UI as well.

    As Blake said, I've had this before and had to delete the previous EC520 off and reinstate it with the new one from scratch.
