Hi Keegan,
Could it be that you have had Trimble Connect for Windows installed earlier in you machine? It might be that you need to now run Microsoft's tool to fix the install and uninstall issues.
And use it to fix issues on removing the import plugins. You may need to run the tool multiple times. You can find the tool from here:

I've been through the threads of the communities and I'm at the end of my rope. I've updated all browsers, signed in and out of my connect for browser, restarted my computer, and ran the trimble office cleanup. The picture below is the error I get when starting the install. Can someone help me?
