Our company just purchased a DA2 with Catalyst 10 subscription to be used with our Android phones. I have gone through many steps and forums, but have still not been able to connect the DA2 to the TerraFlex software, to use its GPS data positioning during the field collection process. I have been able to do the following:

• Both Catalyst and TerraFlex licenses are active for the same user account.
• The DA2 is connected via Bluetooth to the Android phone and is showing in the TMM app 10cm accuracy.
• I have enabled developer options to turn on Mock Location sharing- set this to the Trimble Mobile Manager.
• The Share option is enabled in the TMM.
• Battery Restriction is off for both Apps. TMM and TF. 
• Full permissions are given for both Apps. Location permissions are enabled.
• In the TF app, the Location Service is set to the DA2, same as being used by the TMM app.

The Location Status shows up as Uncorrected - Waiting, with no accuracy's shown and no satellites. 

a short message flashes "Receiver is not responding, attempting to reconnect." when I reload the Location Service.

I am hoping someone has had a similar experience and knows the solution. Help!!

Steven, you just have the process down incorrectly. This is why we require our customers to do a short training/config when buying a DA2 and a Catalyst subscription. This avoids wasting time and money in the field. This is a low-cost excellent solution but it's not always the most intuitive. first off, because you are using Trimble App (TerraFlex), there is no need for Trimble Mobile Manager to be running. also, you do not want Mock locations on with this workflow. There is no need for it. Simply pair the DA2 directly within TerraFlex.
