Connection problems

    Hi, I have installed trimble connect sync for two weeks, but it only worked the first two times. Now when I connect after entering the credentials, it crashes on the window with the upload icon. The icon suggests that there is no connection but it is not true. Can someone help me? Thanks.

    Hi Howard,
    The first post in the thread above is from 2020.

    If you are facing any issue on Connect Sync now, firstly sorry to hear that. Please report it through our Support channel as mentioned above alongwith the application logs. 
    Since Connect Sync is a desktop based application, the reason for crash can be  determined only after investigation.
