DA2 RTK Alternate Data Source

I am trying to connect my DA2 to rtkdata.com correction service but not having much luck. Wondering if this is even possible on the DA2.

I've been through tech support the rtkdata:

"What the logs show, however, is that the receiver never actually starts a usable rover session. Trimble Mobile Manager requests the mountpoint but does not continue sending rover position data, and the receiver never begins consuming the correction stream. This is why the status on your device remains "Autonomous" with "No data received".

The only other item they have mentioned is ensuring that the correction profile is configured as a "Single Base Station" correction source but I cannot see where I specify this in Trimble Mobile Manager.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Cheers,

    Hi Kevin,

To configure a single base in TMM:

    1. Select the 'Configuration' tab
    2. In 'GNSS correction source' select 'Custom local'
    3. In 'Server' select 'Direct'
    4. Enter your details.

    Thanks Mark.

I am still not getting a connection (GNSS Connection Status: No data received). Is there a logfile somewhere to try and pinpoint why I can't get a connection? Do I need to have a catalyst subscripting for this to work?

    Hi Kevin,

You do need a Catalyst subscription for this to work, and yes there is a log, you can send/save a log file by going to Help/Share log file. You should be able to reach out to your Trimble dealer for support also, or you can reach out to catalyst_support@trimble.com.

    Regards,

    Mark.
