I recently had an issue with data collected on Terraflex using a TDC650 not appearing in Trimble Connect after sync.  It had worked previously.  I can view the data on Terraflex but data is not visible on Trimble Connect. 

This literally happened to me about 10 minutes ago and I came here looking for a solution. Says it synced but the data isn't appearing. Following!

Interesting. So I collected some data on October 20th (Friday) in the afternoon in the US. I synced the data late afternoon and it said complete on my iOS device (paired with a DA2). I do not see my data up on the map workspace within Trimble Connect. I will check with the Trimble Geospatial support team and see what's going on there. There was a service interruption on the Trimble Connect North America server on 10/21/2023 at 2:22pm UTC but it was resolved at 2:33pm UTC.

Hi Chris and anyone else following this thread

We're working through the backlog of unprocessed forms at the moment and hope to have this cleared by tomorrow. If you check your Map Workspace tomorrow, we expect all the outstanding forms will be visible

Terraflex users can continue to synchronize forms to Map Viewer, this issue related specifically to the forms being processed and stored 

We apologise for any inconvenience whilst this is resolved

I just checked this morning and my forms haven been synced.

Hi Kara

There should be no problem syncing forms. If you are unable to sync forms from the device then I'd recommend you contact your local Trimble reseller for help working through this

This thread specifically addresses sync'd forms that are not appearing in the Map Viewer. 

We're currently processing through the backlog so I would check again tomorrow
