Data point missing on Hand-Held after restoring from Archive

I recently unarchived a project that we've collected points in. When I went to collect more points today, the handheld didn't show any of the previously collected points (aka had 0 forms). I was able to collect points without issue. I'm looking at the site on the trimble website now, and I can see the new and existing points are both present under the template. Do you have any insight as to why I wouldn't be able to see other points from within the same template on the handheld? This has happened once before and It seems to have something to do with archiving/unarchiving because this is a new issue.

Are we the only ones having this issue?

I'm having this issue as well.  Did you find a way to get the points back on the handheld unit?

Well, its twisted and the one who has been doing it is not available at the moment.

The basics that I understand of it:

    • Don't Archive projects.  Yup. I know your pain because there is no filter on the handheld and you have 2000000000 projects.  That will keep the points.  No clue why it has not been fixed by trimble.  I guess they fired the wrong tech.  We don't talk about Bruno.
    • After un-archiving: (here is where it gets fuzzy)
      • We are making a SHAPE file and importing that into the project (not sure from excel, gis, autocad)
      • Setting it as a TO DO which is making the prior information visible (not sure if they are still points or just visible)
