I was using TC for Windows to check some exported IFC files before I posted them. Consequently, I had about 30 individual 'projects' on my projects page.
Some projects I had been invited to as tests, but most were local models. It didn't matter if I deleted my projects from that page, they would always come back when TC sync'd.
I found that if I Published the models first, I could go into the model in TC Browser and then follow Bryan's suggestion mentioned above and it worked fine.
When I opened TC for Windows and Synch'd, the unwanted models disappeared correctly.
Bit of a run around, but was finally able to clean up my 'digital footprint' as Georges said...

Hi William,
Go to the tab 'Settings' and you come automatically in the 'Projectsettings'
If you are an admin off the project you can choose 'delete project' at the end of the page (scroll down)
If you're not an admin, you can 'leave project'
