Hello,

We have several users that cannot be removed from Trimble License Manager. It says "Error:Cannot delete user [x] as they are an owner or have current or historic assignments." The users in question are not admins or owners, and do not have any Catalyst licenses assigned. How can I remove these old users? Thanks.

Hi Jamie, 

If the user(s) have a usage history of Catalyst On Demand hours then you won't be able to delete them from the License Manager. 

Thanks Eve. We have never used On Demand in our org, only annual licenses. The users I'm trying to remove do not currently have a license assigned.

I would recommend reaching out to your local Trimble dealer who can then raise this with our licensing team.
