The DA2 antenna needs to be in pairing mode (blinking).
You could try to connect the antenna via the Android Bluetooth menu.
If the issue persists please get in touch with your local distributor.

Did you find a solution for this? We have been experiencing similar problems, our tablets (samsung galaxy tab active4 pro 5G) wont connect to our trimble catalyst DA2 receivers. Updates are installed, factory reset done, and the penmap app has been deleted and downloaded multiple times. The app seems to be working just fine, but the tablet still doesnt recognize the receiver.

I'm sharing screenshots of the messages I receive when I try to connect to the SP60 via Penmap.

It didn't want to connect Surveymobile.apk and Spectra Sp60 to me. I downloaded the app "eDebugger" from the play store and that solved the problem. Start the application before the bluetooth connection

Okay, duly noted. I work in a French-speaking country and have configured our tools accordingly for users.
That being said, I can connect to the receiver using other Android phones. Additionally, I noticed today that the Samsung Tab A8 tablets we have, on which we haven't performed the update, connect to the receiver without any issues. This leads me to think that my problem could be related to the installation of the update from March 20, 2024.

Dear Aziz TRAORE,
When posting data and pictures it is recommended to do this in english language if possible.
I do not understand the language of the message unfortunately but it seems like there's a problem establishing the connection to the receiver indeed.
Can you connect to this receiver from another device?
I would suggest to:
-check if the receiver Firmware is up to date
-try to connect with a different device(possibly even different program) to check if the problem may be on the receiver side
-go to the android settings and "forget" the bluetooth connection to the receiver to establishe it fresh from penmap
-make sure bluetooth is turned on at all on the device
If the problem persists after checking these steps I would suggest for a dealer to create a supportcase for the issue.
Cheers
Patrik
